This case involves revocation of appellants probation. On December 4, 1970, appellant Max Martin pleaded guilty to the charge of larceny in a building. He was found guilty based upon his plea and was sentenced to five years imprisonment. Four years of this sentence were suspended, and he was placed on probation for four years.
